A crack in the windshield of the car not only gives a bad appearance but it can also have a telling effect on the safety of the vehicle and passengers, alike. It is better to fix a crack as soon as it is identified or else, it would lead to replacing the entire windshield. Especially during winter season, the temperature fluctuations can cause a windshield crack to expand further and lead to more expenses. Law states that if there is a crack in the line of vision of the driver, the entire windshield has to be replaced.

But fixing a crack is much easier and can save a lot of trouble. But basically, the windshield of the car has to be always kept clean and free from dirt to avoid accidents. The sun’s rays striking the windshield can jeopardize the vision, if there is grease or oil on the windshield. The windshield is the driver’s window to the world that fast approaches him on the road and so, it has to be given due importance.
